Here are a number of questions you ask yourself, we will try to answer them simply!

Has my order been recorded correctly?

After confirming your order and proceeding to secure payment, a confirmation email is sent to the email address linked to your account.
Your order is also displayed on your account in the My Account / My Orders section.
If you have not received the confirmation email despite the validation of your order, make sure that it has not been treated as SPAM and classified in the "junk" mail of your mailbox.
Also check that the address registered when you created your account is valid.

Where can I see the details of my order?

You can find the details of all your orders on your account, in the My Account / My Orders section.
Each line corresponds to a command. Simply click on the order of your choice to display the details.

When is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped within a maximum of 2 working days. Orders validated before noon (12:00 CET) on a working day are dispatched the same day. For orders received after noon (12:00 CET) on a working day, they will be dispatched the next day, except in the case of Friday where they will be dispatched the following working Monday.

How do you use my personal data?

All information concerning you is used by VOLUBILIS for the purpose of invoicing you, delivering to you, contacting you if necessary. This information is never communicated to a third party.
